Wavy Bowls
Check out these gorgeous handmade ceramic wavy bowls created by Emerald and James, aren’t they fab!. For me wavy edged bowls have something a little extra compared to a perfect round rim, they’re more natural and have life within them. Emerald rolled in thick textured lace pieces into her clay to leave the textured impressions, which will feel lovely after firing. James went freehand and tried a few different techniques to vary the impressions in his bowl, simple yet effective.
Both shown the same demonstration and yet look how unique each of their pieces came out, it goes to show when given the same knowledge and tool and colour selection, our personal preferences make our options unlimited!
