For those of you who couldn't make the Art Windows exhibition with the Harborough Artists Cluster this September here's my finished pieces.
Ive been developing my current body of work adding a whole new level of detail, adding depth in a variety of ways to replicate my sources of inspiration and explore it in an abstract representation.
I'm so happy with how the glazes came out, I used handmade crackle glazes for the first 2 pieces shown - 'Inticate series sculpture #2' and 'Inticate series sculpture #3', the glaze pooled in the carved details and blushes nicely over the pieces surface enhancing the intricate detailing.
