A month in the life of a ceramicist - October 2019

October has been crazy busy with loads of workshops, the atmospheres been buzzing exactly the way I like it!

I've had a lovely workshop with Denise and Tina, it was a belated Birthday activity for the two besties who had a go created detailed beautiful bowls full of shapes, they loved the bowl of shapes creations they'd seen on my website and couldn't resist having a go!

Didn't they create some beautiful bowls? What unique creations!

I've had a lovely workshop with Kay & Karen, it was a creative activity for the two besties who had a go created detailed beautiful bowls full of shapes, what unique creations! Their creativity certainly shined through into their creations!

Have you booked your besties day out with me yet?

What a lovely story, Danielle & Kate met over Twitter years ago and have been best friends ever since! 🧡 It was a typical crafternoon for the two besties who had a go created beautiful bowls!

Joanna came and did a full day workshop getting really creative with her floral inspired vase.

David and Janet visited me as a gift experience, they hadn't ever worked with clay before, working in a new medium can be daunting but they both did a fab job making some wonderful nature inspired creative bowls!

What do you think?

Couples workshops are so lovely, ideas are bouncing back and fourth and the atmospheres always lovely.

The final 4 weeks of of my 8 week evening course has absolutely flown by and I'll be sad to see them go, such lovely smiley ladies all with a great creative streak!

Check out my blog for full coverage and loads of snaps of creativeness and pieces made!

Each week I teach a new technique to have a go with, so that at the end of the course you have a broad knowledge of lots of different ceramics techniques and end up with a big variety of completely unique makes! 💙

If you'd like to join my next group course that will be ran throughout next year join my mailing list to get first dibs! 🎨

I had a tiny bit of time to myself so I thought its about time I start preparing lots of new ceramic work ready for the C word... that's right CHRISTMAS!

I've started glazing the motherload of ceramics, here's just a tiny bit!
